Life coaching is a therapy for those who may feel stuck, lost or without purpose and require guidance to move forward to their preferred future. This involves identifying the areas in your life that need changing, within the context of your values and beliefs. We work together to create strategies and clear, manageable targets in order to achieve your ultimate goal and transform your life.
My coaching package is 6 x 50 minute sessions weekly or fortnightly. Individual sessions focus on a holistic approach using the coaching wheel of life to identify areas of unmet needs, taking a psychological snapshot of current circumstances, before planning a preferred future and creating SMART goals to move forward.
This helps resolve problems, meet personal goals and develop good mind management skills. It is a new solution-focused model of support which combines the best of counselling and life coaching.
