Life coaching is a therapy for those who may feel stuck, lost or without purpose and require guidance to move forward to their preferred future. Coaching sessions are 1 hour and 30 minutes weekly or fortnightly. Individual sessions focus on a holistic approach identifying areas of unmet needs, taking a psychological snapshot of current circumstances, before planning a preferred future and creating goals to move forward.
This helps resolve problems, challenge self-limiting beliefs, meet personal objectives and develop good mind management skills. It is a solution-focused model of support which combines the best of counselling and life coaching.
