As we all continue to adjust our daily lives during the Covid-19 situation we are trying our best to cope.

You may be feeling anxious, you may be struggling with the uncertainty of the future. You may find yourself working from home or dealing with the pressures of family life or even both. 

You may have considered counselling in the past and now feel this is an opportunity to focus on yourself and your personal development.

Counselling and coaching can provide some relief during this time while increasing your emotional resilience. I offer therapy in a confidential and safe space online and over the phone.

We can work together in a non-judgemental and respectful way allowing you the time needed to explore your emotions and thoughts.

I believe that Counselling and Coaching are distinct from each other but share some common themes.


As someone trained in both, I am able to use both skills sets and various evidence-based approaches according to your personal needs.

About me

With over 25 years of working in education; involved in training, mentoring and counselling, both teachers and students, I decided to deepen my knowledge and start practising independently as a counsellor and coach. I am really passionate about the power of therapy to effect positive change having also experienced it myself as a client.

  • Masters in Counselling in Education - University of Bristol
