Life can be challenging; we may be faced with unexpected life events throwing us into crisis. We may want to enhance our quality of life and need clarity on how to do so.
I work with you to gain insight into your emotional and psychological world in order to understand the roots of any difficulties. Knowing more deeply about yourself means you are then better able to develop different patterns of behaviour which restore and support your psychological health.
You may have considered counselling and/or coaching in the past and now feels like the right time to focus on yourself and your personal development.
Counselling and coaching can provide some relief while increasing your emotional resilience. I offer therapy in a confidential and safe space: in person, online and over the phone.
We can work together in a non-judgemental and respectful way allowing you the time needed to explore your emotions and thoughts.
I believe that Counselling and Coaching are distinct from each other but share some common themes.
As someone trained in both, I am able to use both skills sets and various evidence-based approaches and interventions to help you make sense of your situation and provide you with an opportunity to discover a positive way forward according to your personal needs.
